So far room is just okay for me. Bed and pillows are comfy, blanket also very comfy, just toilet and toiletries need to improve because no toiletries u must ask the front desk and toilet is a bit smelly. What do u ask for budget hotel there is what u got. If u are someone who just want to sleep and rest is suit for u, but if u are someone who are very particular this hotel is not for u.
Asking for extra towel is not permitted. The reason they already provided the towel after the room cleaning earlier. That’s the only reason she give me. Asking for prayer mat, she asked me to go outside to the prayer room outside of the room ?. Why should i go out from my room if i can pray inside my own room. I’m not asking to pray together with others. Conclusion here i didn’t get the prayer mat. The worst part is I wanted to lying down on the bed, I flipped the blanket it was shocking there’s blood stained on the bed with the crease of somebody already lying on the bed before. Meaning that the bedsheet didn’t change. What a shameful. I was so disappointed. If not because of the distance from the training centre I’ll not staying here. The photo from the advertisement is misleading from the real looks. I’m not expecting the best but at least a reasonable & comfortable place to sleep. Regrets for choosing this hotel. Overall the cleanliness is the worst with the room smelly, dirty carpet & very bad customer services.
Why you clammed my car. I came here for important purposes. Cant you see my car plate? Im no ordinary person. Everywhere your space is it. Better thank your god no harm done to my tyre.
I come here with my family almost midnight, after booking with payment with agoda , while meet receptionist for check in suddenly, he said room not available, and fully book, and blame the agoda services , he ask me to call agoda and do refund. Suddenly, at 12 midnight,one couple come and request for a room check in until 4 am, what a shame. Dont make the cheap hotel look more cheap.
Worst Place to stay!!!!!! Staff was so arrogant, impolite, sleeping. The room I got Aircond is very hot, manage to change room, that room Aircond is dripping water, I complained and she dint even come to check, and I ask for refund as I quit that room after 2 hours and she say cannot….. I totally ban this hotel forever!!!!!!!!!!!
