My worst ever mani experience ever. They could not find my record from another outlet and was being questioned me as if I am out to cheat them. After they found it, there were no words of apology. One of the staff was even doing her nails halfway while she was doing mine. How unprofessional it was. The words that came out from that same staff was very rude, commenting on the colour I chose to condemning everything about my nails and skin. Please avoid this outlet unless you can tolerate such service.

Terrible – I have repeatedly told them I would do classic mani and pedi. Upon choosing colors, manicurists did not tell me I chose the gel range or whatsoever. When they did my toes and nails – I couldn’t catch when the lady said “gel” and she started to paint. During payment, I got a rude shock and told them I thought I said I am doing classic?! Then the older staff said no, she told you she was doing gel and you were ok. She just went on to said oh, sorry about that. So unapologetic?! I ended up spending $100 more than supposed to, and still tried to hard sell me a package?! What…… totally unethical.
Got a nice express pedi from here around 8. They were closing and said that they could still do express nails. Nail tech was nice and sanitary. The color selection is extensive and it’s a nice atmosphere. Would recommend.
Very skilled nail tech (with the bangs)! I did a walk-in appointment and got their classic manicure + nail art combo. The nail tech was so meticulous!! Such a shame I didn’t catch her name, because unfortunately I don’t speak Chinese, but I’m in love with her work! I could tell how much care was put into every step of the manicure, and it was almost 2h before we were done. My nails were pretty rough-looking coming in, with hangnails and skin peeling off the sides, but she gave so much attention to my fingers. Truly deserving of the word spa… Would recommend to people who are willing to spend a pretty penny to get their nails transformed!!
Worst service given….nail not neatly cut/trim and later offered Spa for half legs for $6 extra but just go thru motion not even any leg massage at all….corner of big toe nail is obviously not done well…very disappointed with the service of nail tech….although my wify nail tech was nice and meticulous….guess you need to get the right nail tech? Or is it I’m a guy hence they just anyhow do the job?
How this company will earn or have good sales when you don’t even approach customer standing outside when they look keen to do their nails at your shop. Staff was so free , they know we were standing outside waiting but nobody wiling to approach us.please have your employees train.
What a bad manicure experience in this shop, i the manicure artist was like in a hurry, keep checking on her watch when doing my nails, 1) please don’t accept customer if you are in a hurry or rush for next customer.
2) She didn’t even want to understand the design i was expecting, didn’t even communicate with me what i want, instead just told me add $10 , add $20 just for the little glittering on top. Ended up the design turned out not what i was expecting, we agreed to remove & redo. Second time, she didn’t check with me what that the effect i wanted again, while I thought it was still in the processing, she applied the last coating already, is the design which i need to top up $20 with no difference from the first time.
The worst manicure artist i have ever met!
3) For the Boss, please look, need to top up $20 just for the glittering like that ??
