2021- Love the service. Attention to detail is v.good. ambience is nice! And love the extra info on nail & skin care.
2022- with new staffs, felt the care and attention to detail lacked a bit. Overall exp was still okay

They got my cuticles bleeding ? They person that did my nail, did apologise but I am extremely upset, supposed to be my raya nails. The main purpose to do nails is always to relax, but the person that did my nail was not gentle enough even I have told her it was painful the first 2 times. I won’t go the same place again.

When I pointed where the edges of my nail colour doesnt have even thickness she said because of nails has curve edge, who on earth has completely flat nails?Whats that? paid for RM90 for these expertise I dont think its worth it!2 months agoThe service was amazing. My fav go to place! ❤️6 months agoOn my holiday ? came here for a manicure, pedicure, waxing, and threading. My manicure looks flawless, I heard from someone that they do really good French tips. I did nude French tips and it looks amazing, I have no regrets. Super rude on the phone when enquiry was made.
Been there once, environment is quiet and decent. Very personal service as it is a cozy little salon. The cutting and shaping was disappointing as it was uneven and still had sharp edges.
Application was so bad I could see my nail through the layers. Would not recommend any branches as the sunway pyramid one (went there bc it was urgent) was a horrible experience too
