  This morning heavy rain and traffic light near Dato Keramat not functioning and cause the road traffic breakdown but Police station nearby looks like don’t know anything. Call them to inform and has been told that call another number to report the case. Alamak………speechless

  Accompanied someone there to make police report after accident and the police guarding the door was super friendly … guided us where to go in a good manner but boi i tell you, the one that would type out our report, shouting like its his own house BUT not cursing … chairs are not in the best condition, place looks a little bit shabby, air con not sure if its even working and the officer typing the report was literally wearing slipper even tho he’s on uniform

  This morning I went to Patani Road police headquarters.The parking was nearly full and there was only one space left I sign the register book at the entrance and proceeded to pay my summon.I did not have to wait long for my turn,in fact less than five minutes.The officer attended promptly to me and I finished everything fast.It would be nice if the counter for paying summons was open till later and also open on weekends.

  I have frequented this place for many years.I find it provides a good 24 hours service.If I went to other police station,many times they will redirect me to Patani Road police station as there is no investigating officer in the police station.At Patani Road police station you can get whatever you want throughout the day except for paying summonses which would be good if they can open the counter till later and serve the public even on weekends.

  Came here to make police report on a hit&run case. The front desk constabel, Amirul was behaving like a samseng with impolite tone.

  Felt like i was the the one hit&run on his car.

  Less than 10minutes submitting my report to the front desk, i got a call from Toyota outlets in Penang, asking if i want to claim insurance from their outlet.

  Wow, seem like Mr. Amirul sold my personal details to Toyota centre.

  Went there to pay saman during 10.30am. Lucky I’m the only person there so it’s very fast, 5 minutes can settle.
