Wife made police report on 9 October after being knocked from behind during traffic jam. Reached police station at 12noon, and waited for 2 hours to make a report. The police clerk suggested get runner to help with car and report as insurance will pay for the runner. We wonder why the suggestion! Then waited another 2 hours for investigating officer to come. IO said got to wait 2 weeks for the official report. Matter made worst that Honda service centre will only take official report before they can repair and claim from insurance. Now 2 weeks past, the report not in system. IO on leave celebrating Deepawalli! When will we get a certified police report to repair the car? Is this the way police try to help victims? Is this their normal procedure? Read the past reviews. Now I know why usj8 police station has a reputation!
Went there today. Parking was scarce but managed to find one.
Officers at the hut were friendly and helpful.
Queue looks long but surprisingly, the wait was short. It took only 30 minutes to get to my turn.
Met a quite empathetic officer and managed to get a stamp for EMCO
I was involved in the car accident and made report in this police station. All the polices and surgent were patient and willing to listen to you. Except the last part where the photographer whom take your vehicle photo was very rude and shout to talk. Overall very good experience but hopefully won’t get into this police station again.
Very fast and efficient, police officers are very attentive and friendly. Came to lodge a traffic report on a minor accident reach at 9.30pm manage to get everything done in an hour time. The Sarjan is also very nice and understanding person. Thank you very much.
Went to this station today as I met with an accident.
1. Went to Kaunter Traffic & was attended to by an officer named Zulkarnaen. Customer service memang out. Tak mesra pelanggan and marah-marah sebab tersalah bagi info. Tiada kesabaran di situ so saya bg dia 1 bintang je la sbb dia tetap siapkan report walaupun macam tak ikhlas ?.
2. Went to see the assigned IO Sarjan Roslie – he is friendly and was amazed that he uses Google Map to identify the accident location and asked pertinent question like whether I have a dash cam. He also immediately called the person who hit my car on the spot. Overall urusan sangat lancar and I was lucky because the person who hit me was also there making police report.
3. Went to Kaunter Pembayaran to get a copy of my report.
4. Went to see officer in charge of taking accident photos.
Overall I think the process is better compared to my last visit here.
Cuma I was left wondering as to how they allowed officers to smoke within a government building because I can definitely smell a strong tobacco smell at first floor ?.
