3 weeks agoCut and wash. The service overall was good. The only thing Nieza Salon needs to improve is on their hairstylist. They can’t cut the hair according to the need of customer. Everyone can cut their hair right, why some people bother to go to the salon because they want to get a beautiful cut. But somehow their hairstylist is not that expert.3 weeks agoIf you are from around Cheras & Kuala Lumpur, it is recommended to go to this location, but this area is too crowded, it will be crowded when the time is right, there is a lot of parking, there are also many restaurants if the husband accompanies his wife to the salon, he will not get bored waiting ??.2 weeks agoGet the Rm288 scalp treatment including wash. Their serum is good. My hair still wangi even after 1 night. I request for butterfly cut and the staff did it well. ❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️??4 months agoif you have wavy or curly hair and not seeking for straightening ur hair, don’t bother coming here for a haircut, they’ll turn it into bowl cut. 2 months agoIt can be a hit or miss. My recent experience wasn’t a pleasant one, I would rate it 3/5. But I had great times on previous visits. It depends on the hairstylist’s skill. Would I come again? Yes. But only on weekend because the parking is packed during weekdays.3 months agoGoing for wash + cut for the first time here and having quite terrible experience. The staff cut my hair took very long time which is almost 2 hours just for cut and wash. So i thought in 2 hours the result will be satisfying but when i went home and look at my hair i felt like crying. She cut my hair very uneven. There even one side very long and look crooked. I haven’t felt this terrible went to any other hair salon plus i have to wash my hair again when i got home cause they didn’t wash the hair comb properly as it smell so so bad ? I’m literally crying and tell my husband that i never want to go to this salon anymore. I read the review seems like they got a lot of nice review but why am i the one facing a terrible experience here. Showed others my hair after the haircut that day and they said my hair look worst. I’m crying damn it3 months agoWent to the Salon yesterday by walk-in with my sister. I got my hair cut, washed and and blowout.I am satisfied with how my hair look after the service provided and would recommend this Salon! The price is reasonable IMO ?2 years agoHad a wonderful time here. Strategic place. Easy booking. Friendly staff. Clean and peaceful setting. Calm environment. I just love the massage. Very expert. She could find the exact point for a detail massage. Booked pre natal massage for 1 and half hours. But the time exceeded without any additional charge. Despite the closing time is at 7pm, the staff was still giving her good service until 8.15pm. Very much recommended.a year agoPrevious when I came here it’s was okey and nice.. However, a few days ago I when there for a simple trim cut and wash. The stylish cut half of my hair and one of it it’s not in the same length.. Bare in mind I have long curly hair and was expected to be married this June.. Contact the owner and the owner just said miscommunication.. How can.. Small cut came out as half of my hair been cut off and one of them is shorter than the other..i have a freaking wedding for God’s sake.. This is my last. thankyou

Friendly staff, amazing service, affordable price in town. Haircut, hairstyling & the hair colour turn out well on me. They offered the best haircut service so far. Been here since 2020 & never want to change to another hairdresser anymore. This salon as good as other proffesional famous salon but they offer better price. No regrets trying. Highly recommended ??????
The owner and hairdresser are very friendly. Also quick in doing the job. I loved the final result of the haircut and highlights. Prices are reasonable.
I put 1 star less as the cleanliness can be improved, there was a lot of hair and dust in the place. There was also a man who entered the salon and sat there for a while which made me feel uncomfortable. But overall the experience with the staff was good.

Price reasonable. But the place is dirty and I was shock it’s mention outside Muslimah salon. When I entered the salon there is one guys. Tolong hormat customer Muslimah yang lain. Jangan Sebab nak duit ambil je Customer lelaki.
And please follow what customer want even you have your opinion.

I liked how the staff is warm and friendly. And the staff who did my hair was accomodating to my needs. However, I’m giving two stars mainly because of it’s hygiene.
After each cuts, the staffs did not sweep the floor but instead only sweep only when there were no more clients waiting. This had caused hair to pile up on the floor ? Additionally, one of the staffs brought their lunch which made the small, air-conditioned room filled with the scent of food for hours. ? Lastly, the saloon claimed to cater for muslimah clients but one of the staffs’ husband ( presumably ) had come out from the back of the saloon.
I hope the manager of this saloon will take note and overcome these shortcomings since it has been mentioned a couple of times by other reviewers.
