Inexperienced staff who dunno how to do returns for ninja point just try to brush it off says only manager can handle it. Train ur staffs pls 7-11

3 months agoThe Indian lady was super rude! When a poor man came in and did not had enough money, she criticised him by scolding him: Bring money next time! Don’t come to the shop if u show up with no money. When I went thereto buy drinks she looked at me like the whole world owes her something3 months agoThere is an arrogant indian lady there who seem to think that I owe her 5 cents. This is not the first time. I accidentally said I wanted to pay by paynow instead of paywave and she pressed some buttons, crossed her arm and literally just stared at me. Like dude, no need for the animosity and arrogance. If you feel that you are too good for this job, then move on. Not gonna go back there again.a year agoStaff very poor attitude as if whole world owed her monies. 3 people already queuing up for payment and despite knowing customers are there she continues with stacking her stocks. Only when we started to grumble then she walk slowly to the counter without saying a single word with mask under her nose. Fyi, this is not the first time she shows such poor attitude towards customers. Never go back there again.a year agoI would like to commend the lady working the counter on 19 Sep afternoon/evening shift who found my wallet containing all my valuable cards and kept it for me. Misplaced the wallet on the counter earlier in the day and was so worried, but the counter staff made my day by finding it and returning it to me!! Thank you so much7 years agoNeat and clean. With TA-Q-BIN delivery locker inside the shop too.
