  1. Bought 2 cup of instant noodle and a bottle of 500 ml Coke charged $20. After made payment realised they didn’t include one of the instant noodle but charged me Dunhill Red 20s which cost $14.10 which I didn’t buy. I didn’t ask for refund as I’m on the phone but request for receipt. Receipt print the staff name Sunitha and it happened on 22/9/21 at 2223 hr. This 7-11 I went most of the time but didn’t expect this happened to me.

  2. Staff stop me from purchasing item during peak hours . people going to work and drop by to buy foods/bfast and they just decided to take on break. Why dont the manager pick a suitable timing? Inefficient .

  3. On 8 Apr around 10.30am, I Brought a 25% off scrambled egg and ham wrap where original price is $3 and a 1 for 1 coffee which is $3.30 and one plastic bag which is $0.10. Got charged $6.85 for some reason when the total should have been $5.65 ($3.30 + $2.25 + $0.10) and I was rushing and paid without checking and only realised after I have left. Would love to know where the extra $1.20 came from…

  4. I’ve been going here many times but somehow the offers they hang up on the signs are not what they charge me. I bought two bottles of tea for $3 (as said on the poster) but they charged me $3.80. I was rushing out then I realised. Where did the $0.80 come from? Also another time I was buying instant ramyun on discount but they charged me the original price? Please don’t charge extra if the sign is still there….

  5. I’m not racist. But it came up to a point that I couldn’t take it anymore. The Indian staffs in this store are very rude. I encounter two bad experience by 2 different Indian Female staff. They do not care whether you are a customer they can simply answer you back in a bad tone/manner. They dont even apologise and yet shouted at you after you complaint the matter to them. I too noticed that the other staff that are not their race will be busy doing work like restocking and all but they will be sitting at the cashier playing their phone, watching video on their phone or chit chatting happily at the cashier leaving all the stocks replenishment to the other staff. Not sure if they have a Daily task that assign to each staff but I notice this quite a few times(I advise that the higher authority to check on this matter, as this may lead to some bully case at work). I hope that this store will get close down soon. It seem that there’s a lot of complaint at other platform about Indian staffs working at 711 behaving rudely to customers. It’s very unacceptable. I prefer going to the Indian minimart just 2 shop before this 711 as the minimart staffs are much more friendlier and helpful.
