Afterwards it was our turn. Lady said “Wait i need to calculate” which by then we waited patiently. My partner was just saying he wanted to pay everything together. But lady got annoyed and shouted at us “Wait lah later i can’t go home” lol. we could have argue back but honestly not worth our time to argue with someone who doesn’t know basic manners. Check yourself. Just because you are old, you can be mean to others. All it takes for you to be kind.

. Not even worth a star.Malay guy with glasses is very rude when asked for plastic bag. If he’s unhappy don’t even bother to work in customer service line.

My friends came in about 6 am and cashier said to wait 5 minutes but was serving other customers,i thought it was 24/7 and was rude

    Cheat customers money. Put up a promo for Buy 2 @ $4 but made me pay full price for each bottle. When confronted about the pricing, manager says printing error must buy 3 for $5 instead. Take it or leave it attitude, staff has no integrity to rectify their mistakes.

    Staff was rude and no empathy towards customer. Shouted at customer while customer was struggling to make payment. Hopefully the same incident is not happening to an elderly. Please send your staff to an empathy courses.

    The staff always have issue about singtel dash.,I was there 2pm, and the staff ask me to come back 3pm bcoz she’s closing! So 3pm i go back,and the other staff told me “it’s under maintenance., “ seriously?? Lucky me!!

    This is a real photo of this 7-Eleven store. The previous photos by other users are just nearby places and very misleading. 7-Eleven is a convenience store and not a road, HDB flats or coffee shop stalls selling cooked food

    Staff does the minimal unless you know what services you require. Store specials always no more stock..dubious.

  1. One of the best 7-elevens with unique items I don’t find at others. Like that they have bite sized snacks so I can portion out. Service is great each time too!

  3. We bought food from other stores but no hot water there so we came here to get hot water only but they didn’t allow it

  4. One star for free water and one star for good food but they never allow us to get free chopsticks even tho we did nothing wrong
    I am telling yall to go to hwang store near jwps for cheaper food
