Lady was clearly not having a good day i get it as i worked in customer service line but please lah…..A simple gesture of kindness and apology is enough to make people understand not raising your tone and be freaking rude. I was queueing up with my partner and infront of us were some migrant workers. They look like they don’t understand english. The cashier immediately said “Eh faster lah i have no time. I need to close the cashier already 10:30pm you wasting my time”

Afterwards it was our turn. Lady said “Wait i need to calculate” which by then we waited patiently. My partner was just saying he wanted to pay everything together. But lady got annoyed and shouted at us “Wait lah later i can’t go home” lol. we could have argue back but honestly not worth our time to argue with someone who doesn’t know basic manners.
