The service quite slow.. we waiting almost an hour.. hopefully the staff can advise and update the process more. They just doing everything at the same time.
I’ve been there to make several repair including gas aircond, recon alternator replacement, tyre balancing and alignment, aircon service and other minor repair. So far they show good effort and support. The workshop also have aircon waiting area at the counter
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. WORKERS ARE LAZY AND TRYING TO CHEAT!! Changed to new tyres here. Overpriced. I agree with the price because i was in a rush and also because they promised me to do free wheel balancing and alignment. End up not getting wheel balancing and alignment service. They told me they did it already expecting me to not know how wheel balancing and tyre alignment works. After i asked why they didnt do it, they told me that they only measure using the tape and the alignment is good. The machine that they have is fully booked. They told me i have one month warranty for the alignments incase the alignment is not okay in the future. LIARS.
Went there after setting up appointment on Shopee. Overall, easy and great service. The price is up to par with the service. Would return again one day.
This car service center has on-call service via call, can just call them and they will send a service guy over to assess your car situation. Really helpful crew and fast. Customer service is good, pricing is transparent and workmanship is good.
