Very much disappointed with their counter service today. You can reject your customer or patient but not after we have been waiting at counter for about or more than 10-15 mins with no one to attend us though we have rang the bell. Your time is precious so is ours. Even if you couldn’t handle any more patients today, when it about 4pm, at least please ask your nurse briefly asked if our pets condition is urgent or not and suggest us other time to come again. Not in the way we two adults stood in front of the counter and yet you tried to ignore us or attend us although your doctor shouted from his room already no more patient today. Hope you don’t treat other patients or customer in this way again in future no matter how busy your day may seems to be.

Front desk staff and assistant are patient and friendly.
Comfortable waiting space. Tolerable odour.
Attended by Dr. Ivan. Professional and friendly.

My pup needed immediate treatments due to food poisoning. Contacted so many clinics in johor, they turn us down as we do not have an appointment even though it emergency. However, Dr Tan and Dr Ivan willing to wait for us after operating hours all the way from Tmn Perling. As soon as we arrived they attended to my pup without demanding any extra charges. They taken good care and treatments for both my pups. Always keep us posted my pup conditions. The charges are reasonable. Will not simply do any test if not needed.

Very clean pet clinic once you enter the first floor premise. Provides veterinary care service and even wards to keep your pets here for the night. They are even willing to care for cats with Sporo disease which are hard to find elsewhere, and even at an affordable price at that.
easy communication, explanation from Vet Doc was absolute clear, friendly Doc and her assistant , having with 7 cats which is the least to this Clinic was no Lift, by the way its Doing my exercise greeting to Level 2 !!! lol , anyway thank you for having Excellent service with my kampong cats!!!
Very nice and comfortable clinic, not too busy, and treatment prices are very reasonable. Good and friendly care given by the young vet there. They seem to specialise mainly with cats, so it’s better to contact the clinic first if you have a different pet.

We queued and was quite eager to get our few months old kittens to be vaccinated but the news was there was no vaccine. I was very dissapointed and had to leave the place.
