Dr. Shubhra was really patient and attentively cared to my cat. Normall, my cat would be aggressive especially when she is in pain around strangers.

However, whilst I do understand it can be hard and difficult to handle anxious dogs like ours, Dr Jason’s constant passive aggressive remarks, tone-deaf behaviour such as huffing and puffing blatantly in front of us when we tried to get our dog to calm down for a check and repeated negative comments on how he cannot do this & that (on hindsight, these sounded more like excuses) because of our dog. He did not even try to build any form of rapport with our dog at the start and nor did he try to approach our dog gently (clinic was also empty at that time, so I doubt the clinic being busy is a good reason). Even if he has to rush us, the remarks and behaviour were extremely unprofessional. The only reason why we did not confront him immediately was because we did not feel like our dog was safe and just wanted to get him out as soon as possible.

I came here again today for medical check, and as always, the team at Island Vet Jurong is welcoming and greets me with warm joy.
I left him for a while here to perform some medical checks, and he was handled very professionally and nicely. When Chewie was ready to go, the team helped bring his carrier and chewie out and passed him back to me.
I think this is rare to see such joy and enthusiasm. I have been to other cls but at Island Vet It feels authentic lime and real that they care for our lovely pets ?

Dental package is reasonable (yes gst increased in 2023). I’m here to write a personal experience and I feel very comfortable at this Vet as I am at my dog’s usual vet at The Animal Clinic (Sunset way) – The bill is transparent and consultation is clear about what happens to my dog for dental scaling & polishing. My 10yo dog and I am happy with the outcome. My 10yo dog has never brushed her teeth and I want to start now. I came / chose the vet clinic for dental expertise and did my own research / study of what the dental procedure requires or cost. I highly recommend the dental services offered by the vet clinic based on my experience. Never too old to start good dental hygiene! My dog’s dental is done by Dr Chrisma ?
I’m thankful such a dental service is available (that I am able to choose what gets done) by experienced vets. ??
I brought my dog pepper down to island vet for checks as he was a stray puppy that my family found. Everyone in this clinic is so welcoming and friendly, treating pepper as if it’s their dog! Dr Phoon is really patient in answering all of my questions and you can tell she is truly passionate and deeply cares for the pets that comes in. Pepper is now a healthy 5 month old pup and everyone in the clinic has seen him grown up to a big boi from a small baby! Pepper is always so excited to see everyone in the clinic, the receptionists vet techs vets etc, and they are also equally excited to see him when he comes in! Very grateful for everyone here to make my pets feel welcomed when we come as well as the patience towards the worried human parents too !

Superb service and follow up by Dr. Amelia. First time there as the usual vet is closed for holiday and thankful for them to allow walk in despite near closing time. But will definitely change to them for their service. Even the nurse provide good service and kind advice.
I am very thankful for Dr Pathma and her team of nurses for taking very good care of my dog. It was the best decision I have made to send my dog here when no other vet around my area allows walk-in. I was there 30mins before the clinic opens and Dr Pathma happened to walk passed the entrance and saw me waiting outside the clinic, without hesitation she came out to check on my dog. She did empathise that the clinic is not yet opened but she still proceeded with the registration for my dog. For that, I am very thankful for her kindness and professionalism.
Both the test and diagnosis was done promptly. What made my experience with Dr Pathma and her nurses mostly memorable was that they went the extra mile to update me on his progress and genuinely care for my dog’s comfort in the environment during his 3 days stay in the facility. It has been close to 2 weeks since my dog’s discharged from the clinic and I am still able to get assistance from the clinic and Dr Pathma on my dog’s condition. Thank you so much!
As for rates and charges, I think this clinic is on the mid to higher tier range but I can understand that this is somewhat necessary to maintain a certain level of the quality in the services provided.
