a month agoHad a great experience here. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and explained treatment options well. The clinic’s cleanliness and genuine concern for my pet stood out. I highly recommend them for excellent veterinary care.a month agoSadly my pet passed away due to Dr lack of professionalism. I sent my rescued cat to neutere. She’s totally fine and unvaccinated since outdoor cat. At 1st the Dr said it fine to not vaccine and SHE’S TOTALLY CONVINCE ME THAT ITS OK TO PROCEED WITH THE OPERATION. After operation, compilation happen and she died due to internal infection. I spent a lot of money to save her but all said by the Dr SHE WAS FINE ! SHE WAS FINE! I’m so mad, spent hundreds just to my cat to die. Staff and treatment was ok. But what’s the point i sent my cat to vet if you cant even treat her well.3 weeks agocan say it’s like a family hospital for our pets. nice staff and goos drs7 months agoAffordable charges are hard to find there days, appreciate this vet so much. Staff are friendly and professional. Doctor explained things in a way that’s easy to understand. Favourite vet so far.7 months agoUnlucky me. My cat didnt survive here. I dont know what actually happen. However you guys should do better. More close monitoring due to poor health state of the animal. And please don’t give any sign of hope if you guys already knew that she will not gonna make it.Btw the staff was friendly but i had to give 2 star only due to frustration plus I don’t feel comfortable when the doctor was not really hygenic (not wearing mask while having flu and keep rubbing his nose at the same time touching the patient) during the visit. Thats all. Sorry and thank you for the effort to save my cat.

8 months agoThis clinic is superb if you want to bring your cat here. The price is much much much more reasonable than others. The service from dr and the staff are top tier. They will check everything on your pet. They handle my cat very delicately. I vaccinated, neutered, warded and boarded my male cat here. And always got him back in great condition. Any inquires, you can just whatsapp them. You might hate to wait for a bit of time as people always come and goes but who cares when the clinic offer great service with such an affordable price. P/S: I literally took him from pasar and look at him now. Hahaha. I love him.11 months agoAiding and mending my beloved pet. Thank you for the best service doc and team.9 months agoSend my cat for neutering but the doctor who check up my cat isn’t friendly at all. But the front desk workers are quite friendly. I ask the clinic to update about my cat condition since neutering required a cat to stay in the ward for 3 days. I am concerned about my cat’s health because i knew him well, he wouldn’t eat if he’s in a fierce mood. I asked the workers through whatsapp if my cat dah makan ke belum, if not i will bring him home but they didn’t answer my question & even ignore me?! After my cat check out from the clinic, he seems like he haven’t eaten in ages. Okay this is rude. Not gonna come back here. However, the price is cheaper compared to other places.a year agoit was my first time visiting a vet as i’m a new cat owner! i love the place a lot, there’s quiet reasonable amount of waiting space. the vet who handled my cat is very thorough and professional. i’m glad i chose this place as my first vet clinic to visit :))a year agoQuite a large clinic. Customers came non stop. All are cats. On entry, the clinic is a bit smelly. But have good fans. There are three treatment rooms. Saw one of the owner’s Dr Zu. The price is reasonable. The vet explained the cat’s condition very well Update Unfortunately my cat died.

Very very very poor response to chat/call when that’s the only way to make an appointment for their customers or else they’ll not accept our walk-ins. Supposedly they should be more responsive. Regardless your doctor’s service (which led to my previous cat’s multidrug-resistant till he had to be warded weeks at a much better vet facility) this kind of customer’s service is totally unacceptable.
My cat Aji was hit by a car…I brought Aji here n she was warded for almost 1 week…I can visit Aji everyday even during weekend..the staff here were friendly and the price also reasonable.
I’ve been coming to this vet for years but forgot to review haha ? service has always been good, so far I’ve sent my cats for spaying (two cats) and it was done well and the suture looks fine. the doctors are also handling the cats well and not rough.
Very poor service. I went to spay 2 male and 1 female cats. 2 days later the stitches of 2 cats opened and they didn’t even lick there. I took them there again and the vet glued it again and I was charged again. I asked why was that so, the vet didn’t even see me, I had to deal with the receptionist. Oh my God, 2 days later the stitches opened again! This time I took them to another vet! All settled after that. The vet here doesn’t have passion in doing his/her job.
Good service. Sent my cat nearly lunch hour but they still accepting it cause emergency cases (hit by car). My cat was well treated but Allah loves her more. Doc explanation also good. U can visit ur cat when they warded
