Btw the staff was friendly but i had to give 2 star only due to frustration plus I don’t feel comfortable when the doctor was not really hygenic (not wearing mask while having flu and keep rubbing his nose at the same time touching the patient) during the visit. Thats all. Sorry and thank you for the effort to save my cat.

Very very very poor response to chat/call when that’s the only way to make an appointment for their customers or else they’ll not accept our walk-ins. Supposedly they should be more responsive. Regardless your doctor’s service (which led to my previous cat’s multidrug-resistant till he had to be warded weeks at a much better vet facility) this kind of customer’s service is totally unacceptable.
My cat Aji was hit by a car…I brought Aji here n she was warded for almost 1 week…I can visit Aji everyday even during weekend..the staff here were friendly and the price also reasonable.
I’ve been coming to this vet for years but forgot to review haha ? service has always been good, so far I’ve sent my cats for spaying (two cats) and it was done well and the suture looks fine. the doctors are also handling the cats well and not rough.
Very poor service. I went to spay 2 male and 1 female cats. 2 days later the stitches of 2 cats opened and they didn’t even lick there. I took them there again and the vet glued it again and I was charged again. I asked why was that so, the vet didn’t even see me, I had to deal with the receptionist. Oh my God, 2 days later the stitches opened again! This time I took them to another vet! All settled after that. The vet here doesn’t have passion in doing his/her job.
Good service. Sent my cat nearly lunch hour but they still accepting it cause emergency cases (hit by car). My cat was well treated but Allah loves her more. Doc explanation also good. U can visit ur cat when they warded
