2 weeks agoThe service is good and the staff is friendly. It was a little pricey, but worth every penny. They treat my dog extremely well and were very patient with him. The only downside would be how fast the vet explains things; he also repeats the same point over and over again. It’s not much of a big deal though, maybe over time this will improve. In conclusion, 10/10 would recommend this clinic.a year agoGreat location. Great service. Great doctors. Great vet assistants. Doctors are very attentive and care about my furbabies health condition. Vet assistants are nice and friendly. Price is reasonable for the equipment that they have. And they always explain about the cost, you just have to ask! Doctors never recommend unnecessary tests and dispense additional unrelated medications, which I found very responsible as some cat parents are clueless about treatments needed and is vulnerable to attempts of price mark up. Overall very satisfied with this clinic. Hopefully they’ll continue to get better and help more furbabies and pawparents!I don’t have much experience leaving cats at the vets. But as far as my experience goes, I’ve never seen any other vets prepared such a comfortable ward for their patients. They even laid out thick towels on the cage base. My cats recovered well in their hands and returned home without any visible trauma.
I’d like to note that I’m so very impressed that the doctors and vet assistants here can memorize all of my cats. It shows how dedicated and passionate they are about their jobs.
a month agoI bring my cat for skin allergy. The cat skin was red all over. Both of us were greeted by a frinedly staff at the counter. I was already worried by Mulan’s condition but seeing her seen by a friendly and attentive doctor, I felt so much relieved. Thank you so much Pawsome.a year agoThe service was good. My critical cat’s condition can survive by the professional doctors here. Although the price a bit pricey,but worth it. As long as our loved one can become healthy again ❤️6 months agoDid blood test and ultrasound for my cat. Before proceeding with the test, the vet will explain the cost first so you can have time to consider whether to proceed or not

3 weeks agoKudos to Dr Aishah, Mr Kader and the team members for helping me care for my Oyen throughout it’s admission to the isolation ward there. It broke me down when my Oyen diagnosed with Feline Distemper, but with prompt meticulous treatments, supportive cares,Oyen survives Parvovirus and now receives it’s vacc dose and deflea regularly.Good clinic and reasonable prices.
And the clinic allows the owner to be in the treatment room unlike some vet clinics.
Petshop next door also provides great cat boarding without damaging much to my wallet. I sent to some other cat hotels but usually my cats will loseweight and fested with mites and fleas upon return. Thanks

in the last weekvery delighted to find a Malay vet who treats dogs n cats..a month agoMy cat’s sutures didn’t heal properly after one week. One of the staff said very casually ‘Tuan tak jaga betul,’ while giving me a snarky look. She kept repeating the same questions hoping that I will admit to wrong doing. Cat owners are already stressed when their cats are unwell, they don’t need disrespectful staff trying to add guilt. Very bad experience.a week agoGreat service. Friendly staff. Experienced vet8 months agoDoctors are caring, professional, understandable, they really try their best to treat my dog and understand our situation. They did not force us to do all the test immediately because the test aren’t cheap.The queue is not too long and their open hours is quite long and convenient for us. Plus, their attitude is really good. Previously i went to another vet and that experience is really horrible ? Not sure if my dog can recover in the end, but I really appreciate how the doctors tried to help us.
For the price, they only charge rm20 for consultation which is really cheap compare to other vet in kuantan. For the medicine and other tests are quite standard but still affordable. Anyway, do note that vet is always not cheap, but it’s our responsibility to take care of our pet’s health.

I love to get my cats treated here. They serve well and they provide the best price compared to other veterinar clinics in Kuantan. The doctors and the staffs are all nice to the cats and the customer as well. One of my cats had done his surgery at this clinic, and he was well-served and his surgery was successful. The doctors really did an amazing job
