Excellent services. It is collaborated with Pet Lover Centre and also sell animal pharmacy and food. I went on Sunday. The Vets, Dr Basan, Dr Foo, staffs Naimi are professional, friendly and helpful. They give good advice. I sent my cat to have check up for hair clumps loss in case of skin disease. They handle well. Even help trim my cat nails and wipe her butt. Consultation and vet prices are good and reasonable too. Medicine can be a bit pricey but it is high end good medicine.
I went on Tuesday again as my cat bite and spoilt the pill popper. Dr Nabilah is on duty. She is good enough to offer letting my cat come and they will feed her medicine without charges. Staff Shi Hui is also good to offer advice and friendly.
This is place is recommended , the male cat neutered service cost rm120 only . And the things they selling get 5% discount if spend rm20 or above .
The only negative thing is Parking super difficult , coz it’s most busy area in puchong .
Good experience bringing doggy Lovely for walk-in consultation.
Although unable to consult immediately (since it is a weekend & without appointment), they have arrange to slot in at a later time.
Dr Tiva & the assistants are all very friendly, also explain very clearly on the diagnosis to us.

The vet is integrated inside a pet store. The staff were rly nice and explained everything we needed to know thoroughly and patiently.
