Read some reviews online and being convinced by the positive comments, made appointment for my cat vaccination. Went to the clinic, crowded with many customers. Luckily the staffs served us well and the lady Dr. Chai explanation is good too. Done our vaccination and went home happily.

Best vet in Penang, brought all my cats there since they were lil babies. They’d even go extra miles to give suggestions/ advices via WhatsApp when I’m out of town. Grateful for them

Bring my cats to vaccination and the doctor really friendly and checking their body thoroughly. i did’nt have enough carrier and they act really fast by providing the extra carrier for my cat. The place really clean and the waiting duration was not too long. My cats really comfortable to come here.

    The Vet doctor is friendly. When I wanted to scan MySejahtera, notice those securities are not wearing mask, had to quickly scan and run.

    1. I do neutering of my 2 cats here (Kiwi and Eli). Very friendly staff there.
      The clinic also clean. Operation run smoothly and next day my cats act like nothing happen. My cats very healthy now. Thank you to the Pawsitive teams. Good job.

    2. I went there 4 times
      First 2 times for neuter and last 2 times for vaccines.
      So far everything is good and my cat is safe. And i like Dr.EWen her service is very good. She seems very kind and wont make u feel concern or need to ask the questions but some doctor we still need to ask then only they would answer but yea as i see everything there is good. They will send the pic of our pets condition to us evryday while our pet still live at there which is good. U can ask for videos too. The staff there are also good. So if wanna neuter ur pets i think can feel free to try here cuz they all taking good of our pets very well tho environment inside also very wide and clean la as i see

    3. Says close 8 but went there by 7.15 all the way from kulim and they simply say close i even ask beg them to have look at my cat and they said no…this is the worst pet clinic yall better go to other clinic that actually care about your pets

    5. 1st time visiting this clinic as bring my CKD old poodle for a blood test . Dr Tan attended my poodle and she was very professional and able to give diagnosis and provide correct treatment to my poodle.  She explain nicely and politely for every single question u ask. Feel warm and comfortable when visiting this clinic.
      Well, 5 star service. Highly recommended. Worth to travel from far to here.
