2 months agoI had a very pleasant experience during my first visit to Zen Clinic for my prairie dog checkup. Doctor and staffs are friendly and so much helpful. Dr Toh has given me so much info not only for my prairie dog, but for my other pets as well. (i have a so-called mini zoo house ?) Will defo come back for the next checkup, and this time for my rabbit too. Keep up the good works guys! 5 stars!4 months agovery pleased to have found this clinic for my dog. he’s always well taken care of whenever we come by for check ups. great doctors and staffs, affordable price and clean! highly recommended 🙂7 months agoTo find a good vet to treat rodents like hamster, chinchilla, guinea pig…it is as difficult as to sail the sea in an egg shell. Dr. Toh is very knowledgeable and offers detailed explanations and practical advice. Loved the conversation with him. His experience shows and instills confidence! The front desk was very helpful. I’m so glad I have found this clinic. They really do go above and beyond for their patients.a month agoI’d like to say that Zen Animal Clinic has been extremely nice. I took my cat Tiger Lily there for all her treatments, spaying, vaccinations and microchip. They have always given her the best service and excellent customer care. Thank you so much. The doctors here are very kind, professional and overall amazing!2 months agoNot easy to find a good vet for rabbits. Dr Toh handled the rabbits well n gave good explanation about their problems. He didn’t prescribe any unnecessary medication. Very reasonable charges. Highly recommended if you have exotic animals that need medical attention.

3 months agoLousy VET ever!! I send my 10month old kitten for treatment referred by Companionship vets clinic for further check up suspected “FIP” I went to Mayo Clinic told the doctor about my kitten’s symptoms, I highlighted to the “Doctor” i need the best treatment for my poor sick kitten. Instead of a FIP test , they did a blood test and they mistakenly diagnosed Flea/Tick fever and given antibiotics, blood supplements and fever medicine and ask to come back in 1 week time. After their treatment which costed MYR 457.00 instead of getting better , it getting worsen each day, until the day that we suppose to go back to follow up for treatment, my cat got seizure , we rushed to the nearest veterinary clinic, the doctor sees it and straight away do the FIP test and result “Positive”. And its too late for the FIP treatment which supposedly done a week ago by Mayo Clinic! And my Cat Passed Away Yesterday!!! Siti(RIP).a year agoWent to the clinic few years ago in Taipan. Now they move to different location which is better in terms of traffic. Road in front now wider and easy to find parking.The interior improved alot too. More comfortable for customers waiting. The Doc acted fast when we came in with near death stray pregnant cat and they allowed both me and my wife to enter the surgery room. Other clinic may not even one person to enter..
In terms of pricing, not cheap but not too expensive. For Malays, be aware this clinic has alot of dog patients
5 months agoOur “go to” vet in the USJ area. Friendly doctors and assistants. Since moving from the Taipan area to the new place, parking has been easier with added evening clinics hours during weekdays2 years agoOne of the best, and cleanest vet clinic in town, the doctors here are professional and treat our pet warmly. Recommended2 months agoBest Veterinary I’ve ever been to, staffs shows sincere care to animals and friendly to owners, very willing to help out. A place I’d trust my pet’s life with.

Warm and very attentive team. All the suggestions given would be for your pet’s best interest. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job and are sincere in taking care of your pet. Our cat Milo sadly has passed away a few weeks ago but I’m grateful he was under this clinic’s care during the last few weeks before he passed away at another animal hospital. Dr Sharlina has great communication skills, breaking bad news (on Milo’s diagnosis and condition) was done gently and empathically. The team also would consistently update on Milo’s condition when he was warded there, would also follow up when we took him home. Adopted a kitten and found that he has fleas on his fur. Decided to visit a vet to get rid of the fleas and shave his fur, a new lion cut. Special thanks to Dr. Violet for such professional consultation and guidance. My furry kid told me that Dr. Violet is very kind-hearted and received such tender care in her hands.
Before I forgot to mention, the staffs service are also very friendly, helpful and kind.
Brought my hamster here because she had issues with her eye. The vet handle my pet very well and diagnosed her with good precision. The explanation was clear and the medication given was effective for my hamster. Would recommend for other exotic pet owner to come here??

I would like to share my experience here:
Last Sat late night(20/2/24) around 9PM++, my pet dog suddenly paralyzed. So I immediately call Subangvet SS14 send my pet over for emergency case.
When I reached & step in d door, d nurse staff & Dr Violet was acting efficiently to attend to my case although they are going to close at 10PM. My pet dog ammited on that night with Dr Violet & nurse staffs were taking very good care of my pet dog eventhough nearly 11PM when everything in control.
I feel very thankful to all of them & much appreciated their passion/spirit of saving lifes that they are willing to go extra miles.
