2 months agoDr Alia was amazing with my two cats. She did a very thorough check ups and recommend products to be used in order to keep them healthy. She also asked for updates a few days after the visit. Highly recommend this clinic!2 months agodoc explain clearly and do their job very well. Friendly employees. beautiful and clean clinic. Also the price is affordable. highly recommend to come to this clinic.6 months agoI often brought my cat here for simple treatment…the clinic offer more affordable price compare to few other clinic that i used to visit2 years agoThis clinic is packed. Affordable and okay for normal treatment but not confident to bring my cat here again for more complex health issues. The condition of their weighing scale is questionable. My cat was weighed at only 1.9kg (I thought she lost weight because she was sick) but I when went to another vet to get second opinion, it was actually 3.2kg which is almost accurate to her usual weight.2 years agou need to do appointment but i think it is kind of useless a bit because u still have to wait at least 30mins before they call out ur name. The doctors are okay and nice. but who has so many patient only can come here because only to take medicine u have to wait for 30mins. and the receptionist actually can help to distribute the medicine but she just sat there i mean two women sat there and do nothing (maybe wait for command haha) and when you ask them, only then they do ur medicine.

3 months agoMost humble doctor and one of their staff not that friendly. The most important is price is very relevant then any clinic in penang area. Recomended clinic to everyone8 months agoA very great service from both vet and clinic assisstants. They are really gentle and friendly with my cat giving their best to make my cat at ease during treatment and deal with my worries too, as pet owner. They even went to the extent of checking on my cat condition daily through whatsapp as he had a serious eye infection. It is a recommended clinic to the pet owner☺️a year agoLocation strategic nearby the sharp factory and the lotus. Had a lot of parking spaces. The services are very good since the staff and the doctor very helpful. The prices are reasonable, I neutered my female cat RM 180 with package (medicines+ward+check up). The clinic very simple and clean. So yeah recommended 10/10.2 years agoGreat consultation service from the doctor. Soft-spoken, friendly and excellent in handling pet owner’s worries and doubts. Great services from the clinic’s staff as well. The only downside of it is long waiting time. I personally waited for 1 hour and half. Would definitely recommend this vet if you don’t mind spending your hours here.11 months agoTheir team were helpful. Their veterinarian were professional. 4/3/2022 – Today we brought a stray pup for vaccination. Everyone was still the same.
The nurse and the doctors over there are really great. They all very friendly towards our pets. Did my dog a tumour removal surgery it when successful. Thanked to dr hasrul. My dog is perfectly fine and she is pain free now
Really good service. Need to call to make appointment first and do wear the provided slippers as they receive all kind of animals for treatment. I dare say this clinic is the only one with full equipments in sungai petani for your pets like xray etc. Consultation start at rm20 and price was a bit high but definitely worth it
One of the more comprehensive and medically equipped veterinary clinic in Sungai Petani. Experienced and friendly doctors and staff members.
Service was good attitude and patience to explain my pet’s condition.
However, the reason why i rated 1 star is when the time I heard my pet was in very bad condition and I felt sad n cried that time, and there was 3 ppls standing there help my pet to do scanning, there was 1 vets face expression was like so annoying to me that why im crying at there, i get shocked that why being a vets would have such an expression on a pet’s owner and that time my pet was in very bad condition! Its a natural phenomenon to feeling sad and crying right? Very disappointed to that vet.
