    Be careful with BCEL ATM, we withdraw 50€ and the money didn’t got out. It was taken from our account anyway. The others are fine, just avoid BCEL.

    I think Pakse is a city in Laos where ATMs are surprisingly common. There are three ATMs lined up here (as of Feb 12, 2017), and only the BCE ATM on the left supports PLUS and Cirrus, which are likely to be used frequently by Japanese people. A fee of 20,000kip will be collected for each transaction.
