Rental scam! Do not rent a motorbike or motorbike at “Lucky’s. They keep your passport ( unusual at rental places) and if you drive and park the moto in Phnom Penh at streets where most tourists are going. Your Moto is going to be stolen from a guy working at Lucky’s. They have the keys. Forget about going to the police, waist of time. They make you pay for your bike a price overvalued what the bike is worth! 800/1300 $ And if you want your passport back you have to pay.

    Best motorbikes in P.P

You can trust them 100%. Helmet and lock are provided, staff speak fluent English, remote phone support for any problem, if you take a motorcycle, only in this business, you have to leave your passport, no problem with that, Mr Heng is extremely efficient and nice like all the staff

Service and price was acceptable, the bikes themselves were not. A friend and I both rented bikes and had to trade them both in the next day. One wouldn’t start and the other rattled so bad it was barely drivable.

The second set had more ratles and starter issues, plus burnt out lights and weird mirrors.

I filled up the first bike with gas as it was delivered on empty, barely making it to the petrol station. They siphoned 20% out to put in the new bike, claiming it was 100%. My friend took his bike to a shop to fix the persistent rattle, which should’ve been done by this shop.

I’d rate this place as 2.25 stars. It’s not the worst but I’m sure there are way better places. At least there wasn’t any headache with returning and the employees are pleasant, if not particularly helpful.

Perfect bike, perfect service, perfect price. Will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in town!

Even without all of that good stuff above, the dogs are enough of a reason to give these folks some business!

So today I arrived at a place to rent a scooter, I wanted to rent it for 5 days, a 16-year-old boy came out to me and told me that I must rent it for 7 consecutive days and if I only take it for 5 days I will be charged for 7 days, I told him that sounds funny why would I pay for two more days that I need 5 Days, in a short time I left there, in the end I rented somewhere else. Amazing!!!
