  If u want to rent motorcycle it will be the best choice. Rent price is fair. Hassle free. The owner is well mannered. I rent for 2day by 640000 lao kip(anywhere inside laos). Bikes are almost new. Such a nice experience

  Really great place. the owner was no nonsense and to the point. Very professional, bike drove like a dream, never had any problems, and took on the difficult roads easily. Prices are totally fair for what you are getting. Sad to see the bike go. I would definitely buy one in the future it was so reliable.

  Very easy pick up and drop off process. No fuss and low cost. Every embassy will tell you NEVER to leave your passport with hire companies but if you don’t, you won’t rent a bike, simple as that. He gave us 1 litre of fuel, barely checked the bike over when we returned. The hand back process took about 2 minutes. Highly recommend.

  The reason I give a poor review, is the motorcycles are not properly maintained. This is your life, do you really want to do business with someone who thinks investing in brake pads too much for them to bear. EVERY bike I checked brake issues and loose chains, etc etc. The staff seems nice, but it doesn’t matter if it’s ignoring primary responsibilities to save money. Stay away

  Great place to rent a really good quality bike. I researched a lot of places before going here. The bikes are top quality, he connects on whatsapp in case u need anything, i bought fuel from him and it is about the same price as the bowser. Definitely recommend this place – no scams, just great service and bikes.

  The best rental shop I ever used. The owner and his family is super kind and he really cares about his customer. I got a fully instruction about the motorbike, full paperwork for police stops and recommendation which places to visit. It felt like I am borrowing a motorbike from a family member, who really cares about me being safe and enjoying my time. Next time in Vientiane I will 100% come back to rent a motorbike from Elephant Motorbike and recommend everyone traveling in Vientiane to rent a motorbike from here. Its not the cheapest price in the city, but you will get full paperwork and don’t have to pay extra at police stops or hidden fees when returning the motorbike! Best price for this service! A+++

  Reliable, friendly, and SO very helpful. The service we got was over and above rental of a bike. We got driving tips, insight into local driving habits and what to do if the police stop us. We had a minor issue with the bike and it was replaced with another immediately. We also got help with SIM cards and again the help was over and above just a purchase transaction. Bike in good condition and service with a smile. It added to our wonderful Laos experience.
