A cosy little cafe with nice ambience and friendly staff. Delicious croissant, loved the coffee with condensed milk as well. There are some books near the seats if anyone wants to read while having their coffee. It is on the second floor, and it is very quiet. 5 stars from me.

The entrance can be easy to miss, but there is a cool spiral staircase leading up to the coffee shop! I opted for an espresso macchiato, which for me wasn’t quite right as there was too much foam. I think this is because it was served with a single espresso shot rather than a double shot, and then topped up with foam. So it was a 50/50 ratio which isn’t quite right. Coffee was nice though and I’d happily go back but would order a v60 as there was a good amount of beans available. The cinnamon bun was great, they warmed it up too!

Service is excellent, so are the drinks. They do use La Marzocco and have a Mahlkonig grinder.

Coffee with Egg (Hot) – Great taste and the egg is not overwhelming.

Coffee with Milk Foam (Iced) – Smooth silky foam drinks are always great! This is a great drink to order.

    Americano (Hot) – Good

Cinnamon Roll – A little on the dry side.

One of hidden gems in Hcm. I really like everything in this specialty coffee shop but not very friendly for people with disabilities because we have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. Their barista is 10/11, really nice in a good way. Unfortunately some of their cakes are out of order. Definitely will come back here again when in hcm.

A nice tiny cafe located at the 3rd floor just a few minutes walk from Takashimaya & Ben Thanh Market. Tried one of their experimental drinks, ice cold Ivy Matcha (Matcha, Amber Juice, Tonic Water & Soda) and it tasted really good. Took a while for them to prepare as they were pretty crowded and I think this matcha drink may also need some time to prepare. Overall a nice cafe in chill in, read a book and so nice coffee & tea that’s well located in Saigon central.

Great cafe based within the apartment cafe complex! The atmosphere is amazing, very well decorated with an amazing view out over the city from the balcony The staff are friendly and the drinks are lovely! (At a reasonable price too) They also provide food and cake which looked delicious but we unfortunately didn’t partake To find this cafe enter the cafe apartments by entering through the alley to the left of the bookstore underneath and then climb up the stairs (or lift) until you see their sign, it’s worth it!

A green pretty cafe at Cafe Apartment. The drinks was average but I love their service. The staffs were friendly & honest. Their toilet was clean and tidy. They have good AC when it’s hot outside. I ordered Grass Jelly Matcha Latte and Coconut Coffee. It wasn’t too sweet.

My favourite part was the outdoor seating area facing the Main Street. It’s quite high up so you’re away from the hustle and bustle of it. I got the durian coffee (55k) and it tasted alright, good to try it but probably wouldn’t get it again

Only had drinks here. The fruit based drinks are really nice and refreshing. Had the Beauty Detox tea, strawberry soda and Vietnamese lemonade. All were really nice. The place is really pretty. Service is good though they insisted that we order 3 drinks for 4 of us even when the cafe was pretty empty.

Review by Khoi, Sun 12/11/2023 I ordered grilled porked with broken rice and egg, it was appalling. When I saw the photo of the serving, I asked the staff if the food was exactly like what was in the photo.

You know what she said? She said YES, despite it looked NOTHING like that. In the photo, there is a pile of pork greaves, and it was my favorite thing. I asked where the pork greaves were. She beated about the bush, saying we don’t have it here. Then DO NOT ADVERTISES as such! I spent 70,000₫ for false advertisement?

The only saving grace was the view. It was beautiful nonetheless.
