a month agoLocked in a good rate using the website. Got confirmation of order via email. Exchanged my cash. No mess, no fuss. Note counting machine makes it fast and easy to verify amounts. Recommended.3 months agoRates may be slightly better at times than the other store just opposite, but the service I got from one of the staff wasn’t worth it. Seeing he was busy attending to the next customer, I helped myself to an extra carrier bag (changed two currencies one for my friend) and the staff scolded me (How much does a plastic cost, really). They also didn’t have small notes and gave me $100 equivalents. Maybe they are only selectively polite or it was my luck meeting that staff. Will stick to my usual and not return.4 months agoExtremely efficient and smooth process, everything was explained clearly whether I needed top up or get back change. Best part is the exchange rate was good!4 months agoWas served by Mr. Jahar. Very friendly person. He let me know about their exchange rates and allow me to decide if I want to proceed. Very good exchange rates. Last but not least, they count the notes using machine and not using their hand and spit to flip through the notes.5 months agoBetter rates here than anywhere else. Operational staff are meticulous n friendly to customers.
