Margaret (the boss) has been in this industry for 30 over years and her experience can be seen in her work. I’ve used different agencies before but what stood out was Margaret matches the employers and employees better. She has a steady stream of domestic workers, especially Filipino transfers because amongst their community they know she’s a fair and helpful agent. Highly recommended.

My elderly mother fell and hurt her back. She needed a helper quickly and she had very specific preferences. To my pleasant surprise Asia Employment quickly found a helper for my mother.
The helper was very earnest and eager to please. Even though it was very stressful to care for an elderly woman, she showed exceptional patience and fortitude. And when things got too much and my helper confided in Margaret, she went out of her way to advise and comfort her till she got used to the situation. My mother eventually came to be quite fond of her helper, and the family is very grateful for that.
