Answers to basic medical questions were extensively googled before they could be answered. Pressing for some practical tips, I was advised to “just have a look on YouTube”.

I was given a rather high quote for a blood test. When the time came to pay, they had added 300-350k to the total price, supposedly for the cost of the needle the blood was drawn with.

I am extremely impressed with this medical clinic, on our Bali trip my partner had a bad cough that was getting worse so I called up to make an appointment & we got in straight away. The staff were very friendly, the clinic was ever so clean & Dr Widja Steff was lovely, she spoke very good English & she was very thorough & explained things in great detail as well she organised all of the medication & probiotics for us for a respiratory throat infection. It was money well spent & we are ever so grateful for the wonderful service & we highly recommend…thank you so so much ???

    Excellent clinic! Clean modern building with parking and elevators! Good service and customer care. pleasantly surprised! Most impressed – it’s SUPER PRICES! Despite the fact that this is a private clinic, the prices here are very good! Minus – do not work with international insurance!

    My favorite private hospital in Bali. Two of my friends had surgeries here, very professional skills and good hospitalization service. The staff Ayu offers efficient assistance in appointment & follow up. The charge is reasonable. Highly recommend to my expats friends!

    Amazing hospital and dermatologist! Extremely Clean modern building and facilities with parking and elevators! INCREDIBLE customer service and communication. Very caring and friendly staff! Especially Yumas/Ayu!! She is an angel!!! Easy to get a booking. Easy communication and top notch service and care!! Better than any hospital I have been to in Europe and South Africa. pleasantly surprised! Most impressed!! the prices here are very good especially for a private hospital! Medicine is given on the spot so no need to go else where. It really was an amazing experience!!

    The facilities are well designed and the staff very kind. Staffing in VIP is a bit underwhelming (too few staff per patient) but overall well worth the time. I’ve made sure to save it as an essential as an expat.

    Needing an urgent scan I tried 3 different hospitals in Bali. Ayu and the team at BaliMed were super efficient in helping me make an appointment, getting me seen on time and with the follow up. Highly recommended.
