I went in to the massage parlour who I believe own by the same owner or operator and feedbacked the whole incident and the person at the reception didn’t even apologise but just smile sheepishly.
I suggest to the owner to check your cctv and watch your recording and listen to the conversation if you want to find a way to improve.
If you don’t want to do retail business, please close the shop and operate a commercial laundromat instead.
Reply to owner after their reply: And please if you only use this “24 hour self serviced” to do your hotel cleaning sheets business from 9am – 6pm and your only professional reply is to come after 6pm then please change this to a “12 hour self serviced only welcome customers from 6pm -6am daily” as putting 24 hours is misleading.
