When investing ten million baht for the sole purpose of receiving an investment visa it is within the scope of reason for a client to request clarification of the eligibility of said visa prior to making the investment and when two very clear and transparent questions were raised in regards to my eligibility, BOTH questions were avoided on THREE separate occasions when they were raised.
As I clearly communicated in my correspondence, I was more than happy to pay the 80,000 baht for the service once my eligibility for the visa itself was confirmed, something which Mahanakorn Partners simply could not do.
I have written evidence of all of the above statements I have made and I stand firmly in my one star review of this law firm.
If a company cannot answer simple client eligibility questions when conflicting information exists, and they buckle under pressure when a client merely queries the discrepancies in the information they’ve provided, I think it paints a very clear picture of the type of service they offer and the lack of true experience they have when it comes to providing visa services.
