A local favorite! How to order? 1) Say Seria Kway Teow 2) Choose size: big or small 3) Choose meat… or not: daging (beef), ayam (chicken) or kosong (no meat) 4) Add mata lembu (fried egg with runny yolk) – this is optional but honestly JUST GO FOR IT! Their homemade chilli or sambal is free flow and on every table. Gave atmosphere 5-stars because of childhood nostalgia but this is subjective.

Best seria fried kway teow in town, highly recommended, they made their own fresh kway teow and even their own sambal that goes so well with their kway teow. Top it off with runny egg, so good. Very popular kway teow halal restaurant. Always bring my outstation friends to try this restaurant, they all loved it. Definitely must try.

I ordered Mee Hoon while my husband had Mee Teow. Both with bean curd and sunny side up. Indeed, the taste is different with and without sambal. Somehow, I didn’t like my noodles with sambal (when it comes to sambal, I’m quite picky). I like them with Sos Lada Singapore or Maggi. Generous amount of eggs, pieces of chicken / beef and bean curd (the sapak, as we malays called it).
