Definitely Avoid. Bought tickets for USS from getyourguide (GTG) and was left stranded at the entrance with QR code that does not work and the provider not answering my calls or GTG calls. Tickets wont be sent until two days before attraction and then they might not work. So please avoid and try a different provider.

Terrible customer service. Called to enquire about itinerary creation and booking of flight tickets, but the person who answered seemed like she didn’t even know what she’s talking about and could not answer my questions. She eventually hung up on me without reason. DO NOT book through this place. Waste of time

Buying tickets here is high risk and a gamble.
I purchased tickets but have not received them.
I inquired about tickets but never received a response.
If you are willing to take the risk and try to buy tickets as cheaply as possible, this may be an option.

Useless, no replies for issuance of tickets. After multiple chasers their favorite excuse is ‘our system is down’ and no resolution.

3 months agoDuring our visit to Cebu, Ronald went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. He is very knowledgeable about the area and knows exactly how to cater to the client. He also gave us many helpful tips so we could get the full experience. After our day trip, we needed help with finding a local currency exchange, Ronald went out of his way to take us there, eventually becoming our point of contact during the entire trip. We really felt like we were having one of our friends show us around! We highly recommend him.a month agoHighly recomended guide for your trip in Philiphines!!!
