I and my partner stayed at Cebu for just 2 nights. We wanted to make the most out of it and I’m very glad someone recommend me RAO Tours! In our 2 days stay, they managed to tour us around the city, we encountered the whales in Oslob and did the canyoneering in Badian which is my personal favourite activity!
