We are a team of economic researchers from Brisbane, Australia (University of Queensland) and we used MRTS to gather primary data for a project. The experience was excellent in all regards. Their team is well organised, responds very quickly and best of all, they understand how to carry out market research at the highest level. They are precise in surveying specific populations and understand the importance of capturing a proper, representative sample of a population.
The customer service is the best we have ever received when dealing with Cambodian and South East Asian businesses. Two highlights from our experience come to mind: the willingness of Vuthy to work with us in times of budget constraints and the willingness of their team to assist us in other areas of expertise, such as translation.
