2 years agoNicea month agoI thought I was the only one who experienced this. When I looked at the other reviews, it turned out that the female employees weren’t really friendly, it’s a big pharmacy, open 24 hours, all medicines are available, but it’s a shame that the female employees are really rude. The chronology is that I came to buy medicine and I didn’t have any cash. I said qris or debit. He said “no way, just cash.” Yes, I went to the ATM first and took the money and the cashier’s reaction was that he was immediately reluctant to serve me, so I wanted to take money from the ATM instead of asking. Even if it’s a drug or not, it just keeps disappearing. And when I went there again, he was still not friendly in dealing with it, there he also didn’t give me a purchase receipt, I went back again to ask for a receipt, and said to the father, “That cashier is really rude, please tell me,” he didn’t say sorry instead, ” “Yes, sis, thank you,” while shouting, are you lazy about working there? Or does the SOP for serving customers have to be that simple??? I really gave up on buying here, I thought Jogja people were friendly.” Turns out not everyone is friendly3 years agoFriendly, complete and friendly prices. Location on Jl Dagen. Crowded with tourists. Implementing health protocols during the pandemica year agoThe service is good, satisfying, complete with medicines, the staff’s explanations are very clear… basically the best5 years agoVery disappointed with the service provided! There are usually pharmacists (men) who serve consumers impolitely. This afternoon my mother went to Tan Farma to buy the doctor’s prescription medicine. Logically speaking, ordinary people who don’t understand the medicines prescribed by doctors will definitely ask the pharmacist for an explanation about the medicine, but how come this pharmacist even told my mother to return the medicine if she wasn’t sure with a rude accent. People come to the pharmacy because they need medicine, need help, need good service. Because I don’t understand, I need an explanation. But the pharmacist can’t explain about the medicine. Please, if the management reads it, I ask that the Tan’s Farma staff be trained again so that their attitude is better. My mother went there on July 6 2018 at around 1 in the morning, the staff were skinny men in batik clothes. The staff is at the counter. What is regrettable & disappointing is the way the staff served my mother. Because that night it was urgent that we wanted to find medicine for my dog
