  Super rude staff. They do not give vat refunds for tourists. In my case they asked to come back after a day for vat refund process, when I went they denied vat refund to me claiming they never said such a thing.

  Staff was very helpful in finding me the iPhone 15 promax I wanted, also they helped in doing the VAT refund form and even had problems that I had to leave but they sent the completed form over email later that day:) highly recommend
