But one thing which frustrated me last time is that they took too much time installing custom sets of Apps to new phones. I think most of these apps are no need to install by service center as they can be easily download from Google Playstore. I think they should ask customers which apps they want to install before installing bunch of apps to all new phones. It also took a lot of time, around 1 and half hours.
