Bad service. Visited 5.3.22, 1030am, non peak hour. waiting number 1022, attended fast by counter 4.
Asked for post laju sercive to send off a parcel. Was asked to self install pos mobile app and proceed with application.
Attempted install app but failed, asked back counter whether can proceed without app, given a look with no answer.
Did not expect such service in the year of 2022. Extremely disappointed.
