Renewed my road tax just now, was entertained by Zan at counter 3. Service was fast & excellent.

Have to queue up for temperature check before entering but it didn’t take too long as their counter service was fast.

I don’t go there often, and when I do, it’s normally to pick up parcels. But whenever I do, the people at the counters are always friendly and nice. When I actually went inside to post a document a few weeks ago, the ladies behind the counter were very nice and friendly too.

Much improved services all round after restructuring and realignment of work flow despite the lack of parking spaces here. Pod Laju drive by is also a good initiative to avoid queues and searching for parking.
