Glad that I only had to wait less than 5 minutes and got to complete both Renewal of driving license plus sending a PosLaju package. Guess I chose a right time to go. Was out in less than 20 min ?? happy.11 months agoSurprisingly, there aren’t too many people on. It seems the open service counters are more than its customers. The staff are helpful and polite. Bad communication skills even they asking extra Rm 1 for photocopies while I collect my documents. They don’t even ask do I have extra photocopies or not.9 months agoLousiest post office ever. Wait for 15min to be informed I was on the wrong line and another 20min to get my turn. Such ineffective and unprofessional service, the post office in my kampung can do a better job thelan this so called main post office

What an idiotic idea to need an appointment, resulting in me delaying my renewal until last minutes.
