the place is not very clean and looks unkempt. if the car is maintained but the place is not maintained, the bathroom is actually clean but unfortunately the door is not what can be called a safe bathroom door. and lots of bird droppings and bird nests. Apart from that, the building and its surroundings look really unkempt. part of the road is not flat. They were even told to be careful near buildings because the roof often collapsed in the wind or rain.
