Wulung *** number *** , around Mrican. and I was taken to Pringwulung, I said it was in the Mrican area, my address was Jl. wulung *** number ***. but instead I commented on it and put it down on the street. what is the quality of the driver? Did I really not pay? I’m not the one who decided on the address name, right?     We arrived on time to Yogyakarta at the agreed price. But our driver was dismissive and condescending to my companion who is a woman, probably because she is independent and willing to strongly speak her mind. He also was happy to drop us off at the wrong location with our luggage in an alley. This may be a singular incident but Bluebird drivers should know that they are driving people from different cultures and typically taxis drop you off at your destination.

    Worse experience for Bluebird instant. I got the Bluebird instant delivery to send my package from the store (Informa). The app said I already received the item, but until the next day it has not arrived. I traced the Bluebird and it said that they have waited 1 hour in my house, but nobody had came. After that they send the package the next day but they ask for extra delivery fee.
