Different styles of yoga are taught here. We did the aerial yoga with Nit and it was so amazing. First time ever trying this and Nit made us feel comfortable and welcomed and safe. We laughed, trusted our bodies and connected with others. I highly recommend and I will be a returning customer

Amazing experience! I feel like 10 years younger in my body from just 90 min of their allignment class. So glad I found you guys, your wonderful place and shared the morning with even more wonderful beings ? For sure I’ll recommend this to everone who’s visiting Chiangmai. I hope to see you again one day.

PS. I would love getting the photos you took during the class 🙂

Satva gave me the reason to become a yogi myself 6 years ago. Nit and Freddie have taught me how to feel each part of my body and how to connect with people. The warm-hearted atmosphere they make every single day is just so enough to be in Chiang Mai. That’s why I keep coming back to Chiang Mai to be in Satva. I’ve met so many lovely friends all over the world. If you’re in Chiang Mai and you want to be part of here, just give it a try here. You’re more than welcome to join Chiang Mai I’m sure. Please be the same as always, so I could keep coming back 😉

Very good yoga class. Not too difficult yet very effective in body correction. Very good all body stretching. Nit and Freddie are very good instructors. I have the most stiff body. If I can do it, anybody can. Recommended.

Really nice yoga studio with a lot of good energy! The classes are designed to make use of several tools, e.g. bamboo, to receive deeper stretching. For me a totally new experience that I can highly recommend!! A lot of tips from the teaching couple as well. Thanks a lot for this unique experience!

Bikram Yoga is a system of hot yoga, a type of yoga as exercise, devised by Bikram Choudhury and based on the teachings of B. C. Ghosh, that became popular in the early 1970s. Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practised in a room heated to 105 °F (41 °C) with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India. The room is fitted with carpets and the walls are covered in mirrors. The instructor may adjust the students' yoga postures. Choudhury's teaching style was abrasive.Bikram Yoga spread rapidly across America and the Western world, reaching a peak of some 1,650 studios in at least 40 countries in 2006. Choudhury attempted to copyright the Bikram Yoga sequence from 2011, but was ultimately unsuccessful. In 2016, facing lawsuits and accusations of sexual assault, Choudhury fled to India, leaving Bikram Yoga, Inc. to be run by others.
