Satva gave me the reason to become a yogi myself 6 years ago. Nit and Freddie have taught me how to feel each part of my body and how to connect with people. The warm-hearted atmosphere they make every single day is just so enough to be in Chiang Mai. Thatโs why I keep coming back to Chiang Mai to be in Satva. Iโve met so many lovely friends all over the world.

Very good yoga class. Not too difficult yet very effective in body correction. Very good all body stretching. Nit and Freddie are very good instructors. I have the most stiff body. If I can do it, anybody can. Recommended.

Really nice yoga studio with a lot of good energy! The classes are designed to make use of several tools, e.g. bamboo, to receive deeper stretching. For me a totally new experience that I can highly recommend!! A lot of tips from the teaching couple as well. Thanks a lot for this unique experience!
