It’s a wonderful place to start your yoga journey. Though this isn’t my main go-to branch but I enjoyed coming here. Free parking is really based on luck, you’ll see cars parking on the roadside along the Row’s strip. Jal Yoga is smacked in between two eateries, you won’t miss the entrance to the staircase if you’re not distracted by the happy hour crowd. The space itself is beautiful, cozy and clean. Receptionist is nice and friendly. Unlimited drinking water ?. Why I said this place is great for anyone starting their yoga journey – awesome and professional instructors. Encountered at least 4 different teachers here and each one is very attentive, making every session engaging in their own ways, helping every student achieve their goals. I came with close to zero knowledge of yoga, zero flexibility and zero strength after injuring my back. It’s been a month and I’m feeling better after each session of different classes. So yea, worth checking out for sure, and start exploring what your body can achieve.

First time to attend a Restorative Class yoga (Esther) and loved it. Class was limited so it was focused. The facilities at Jal were clean. Mats and yoga necessities were provided.

Judith, was also very welcoming! Till our next class 🙂 thank you!!

In KL for a week, and wanted to continue reformer classes. Communicated via email to understand how to schedule.

Class and instruction… Reformer Strength was hard and HIIT based, not for beginners. Instructors were great, motivating and attempting to make sure all attendees were using proper form.

Recommend, just be aware newbies/tired people should stick to Reformer Foundations or Privates (reflecting other reviews).

Been attending classes regularly for a month plus with Kea. Initially took the trial classes and end up purchasing the 88 classes pack during their anniversary sale. As I really love her flow slow classes, helps to stretch the body really well and also relaxes my mind. Also I like how she only switch on the fans in morning classes so we can sweat a little in the morning for flow slow classes.

Absolutely love this place, had a delightful experience attending the yoga class here.

Class and teacher: I enjoyed the Chill Flow guided by Savy, what I like about this class is that Savy would share some words of inspiration throughout and that really stood out from the other yoga classes I’ve been to. I had a minor injury at that time and she was very attentive and helpful in guiding my poses.

Place: Definitely one of the prettiest yoga studios I’ve ever been. The aesthetic of the place makes the space feels cozy and welcoming. The studio itself has a very high ceiling, and I love the high-ceiling glass windows that help elevate the ambiance of the space. During the class, I felt the ceiling fan was a little loud but it wasn’t disturbing.

Getting here: The place might be a little hidden for the first timers, but I traveled with a Grab here just fine.

My happy place ? This Yoga studio is so pretty. Located in a standalone building, very nicely decorated studio with nice scent welcoming you in. It gives me the impression of a strong yet feminine lady with nice perfume. I enjoyed my yoga sessions in this studio and I’m so grateful to have my yoga sessions with beautiful yogis that practice self love.

I love this place. It’s an aesthetic space that smells so good all the time, plus the studio ceilings are very high so it feels very airy.

The room is pretty big but you still get a good view of the instructor thanks to the elevated platforms.

There’s also free parking at the open air car park beside the studio!

Would highly recommend this studio even for those who are new to yoga.

They have a Flow Foundations class on Saturdays that’s perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to fine tune their technique. Really appreciated the instructor’s explanations on how to protect my wrists in my first foundation class. It’s helped me side plank with no pain now.

Plus, their shower area also has a dyson hair dryer and hair straightener!

Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practised in a room heated to 105 °F (41 °C) with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India. The room is fitted with carpets and the walls are covered in mirrors. The instructor may adjust the students' yoga postures. Choudhury's teaching style was abrasive.Bikram Yoga spread rapidly across America and the Western world, reaching a peak of some 1,650 studios in at least 40 countries in 2006. Choudhury attempted to copyright the Bikram Yoga sequence from 2011, but was ultimately unsuccessful.
