Located at the top floor of Medicard bldg. Clean space, the basic yoga class i attended was good and informative. You can borrow yoga blocks for free.

I love Surya Yoga! The studio is located on the top floor/rooftop of a 4 storey building in Makati, so it’s often windy. 2 sides of its four walls are sliding doors which open wide. This ensures proper ventilation — important during the pandemic!

I’ve encountered 5 teachers so far, and all of them are super competent and nice.

They’ve recently added morning classes so, there’s more slots to choose from.

Plus: free parking, so it’s very convenient.
