The 7 Biggest Yoga Studio in Manila

Localbiz Cover
It was challenging for me to search for a yoga studio offering classes during the pandemic. I am not a beginner but I am no expert as well, so enrolling in Surya’s Yoga Foundations classes every Saturday with Teacher Kai was a perfect choice to jump start my practice again. The studio is not air-conditioned but it feels safer (Covid-wise). The facilities are clean, the classes aren’t crowded, and the people are friendly. Looking forward to attending more classes in 2023!

This is a great place to practice yoga and pilates. I like that their instructors are very friendly and they will really teach you. Beginners will feel welcome and at ease. The place is very cozy and I love the fact that you can open the doors to let air in – with the noise of Makati but it is not hard to block it off. If the noise is a pet peeve that makes concentrating difficult, you can attend morning classes instead. The doors are sliding glass so the studio is naturally lit. Check out their website and make sure to arrive early to get a good spot for your mat.

Excellent teacher today Sunday 26th March. Some beginner to advanced poses but nothing forced. Good depth breadth of asanas and pranayama work to open the mind, body and spirit. Namaste ??‍♂️?

Yiting Yoga Studio is in a very accessible part of Makati that I plan to make this my go-to studio, even if my work is in Manila and live in QC. The teacher really takes his time to explain the purpose and benefits of the gestures, poses and breathing techniques, so it’s very beginner friendly. He pushes just the right amount. I am excited to try the other types of yoga that they offer ranging from ashtanga, vinyasa, pranayama to ball yoga, aerial yoga, chair yoga. They also have a nice space for pilates for those interested. Great customer service, nice reception area with a really cute cat, clean bathroom, with shower and toiletries, good water pressure.

I spent a week in this area and I just dropped in for vinyasa yoga twice. The studio is pretty new and well equipped. Very cool and friendly teacher. Just the speaker connected by accident to another channel for a few seconds what interrupted the atmosphere but overall still a great experience.

The environment here is very good, very clean, and a great experience. They have Pilates instructors and postpartum rehabilitation instructors, which are worth experiencing
