I fell in love with the environment here the first time I came to class. The layout and style of the environment make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The yoga teachers are also very professional and friendly. They provide detailed guidance on each student’s posture and also provide yoga knowledge to the students. They are also very patient in answering our question. Highly Recommended !!! ?✨??

Fantastic yoga studio, can’t speak highly enough of Elaine. She is not only a complete expert on Iyengar yoga, but has also used her depth of experience with a range of practices to help my rehabilitation after a knee replacement. It has been really successful I have recovered so much more movement than I expected. The studio is a lovely space and there’s a nice coffee shop next door too. There are lots of other classes workshops and I’m looking forward to exploring a few of them too.

I am 75+ and do the Gentle Stretch with Elaine once a week. Find it tough on occasions but Elaine provides careful support and advice to allow me to get the best out of the sessions. Would certainly recommend. Great for older but gets positive comments from my younger friends

Elaine is an amazing yoga teacher, I always came away from her classes feeling relaxed and restored. Everyone is made to feel comfortable and she makes you feel confident no matter what your capabilities are. Elaine is so welcoming and knowledgeable and creates just the right balance in her classes of being both challenging and relaxing. I cannot recommend highly enough and miss her classes terribly.

I have been attending classes at The Space for over a year now and I’m very pleased with the classes. I particularly enjoy Elaine’s yoga classes… her instructions are clear which I appreciate, her voice is very calming and she gives us options for modifications depending on each person’s ability. For me, it’s a great start to my day ! I’ve also tried the Pilates classes and the instructor strives to make her classes interesting as she varies the workouts to keep us engaged and challenged. Thankful for The Space and its instructors !
