  I was so amazed by the quality of that yoga session. I booked my spot online the day before and paid when I arrived. I had a morning class with Nith. Omg! This was one of my best yoga classes ever. He put some nice smelling balm on my shoulder for relaxation, he also gave me a lot of feedback and tried to help me with the yoga poses so I can improve my skills, he also had a Harmonium and we we chanting in the beginning and ending of the class, which was so soothing! I felt very welcome and supported during the whole session! I really recommend coming here. Not only are the courses hard but totally manageable but also they offer spiritual yoga as well! I loved it!

  I really enjoyed the class at Azahar. Yoga class was leaded very clear and the teacher had a very sweet and nice approach to the students, very present and helpful. The people there were making the atmosphere even better , I’d definitely come back when in Phnom Penh

  I came for a walk in vinyasa class with Chhorvy – who is an excellent teacher. There was only 2 of us in the class so it felt like a very personal experience. She helped with adjustments when needed and gave very clear instructions. Overall very happy ☺️.

  I tried few yoga studios in Phnom Penh and this is my favourite one. The studio is nice & clean and fully equipped. All teachers are professional and they offer different kinds of class in the morning, noon or evening. I particularly enjoy the class with Piseth. With the use of different props, he always can push our limits to do some poses which I can never do before. If you want to practice yoga no matter during travel or regularly in Phnom Penh, this is highly recommended!

  I like United Yoga Asia , the place is beautiful and spacious, the classes are all different. The teachers are innovative, not boring and caring :-). The classes are adapted to all levels. Since I tried it, I didn’t look for another place, they have it all under one roof.

  I have private lessons with Piseth. I was suffering from lower back problems that were having a severe impact on my life as I was not able to exercise or play golf. Piseth tailored a personal program for me and worked 1 on 1 with me over the last few months. My back problems have improved so much I can now exercise every day and play golf as much as I want. I can’t thank him enough, it truly has been life changing ?

  10/10 would recommend for all yoga levels. Me and my partner did a couple of yoga classes while we stayed in Phnom Penh, the teachers were amazing and thorough and everyone there was so welcoming!
