a month agoReally good yoga classes – accommodated me with instructions in English 🙂 small enough classes so the teacher can make adjustments and give separate attention. Fun use of props too! I recommend5 months agoI have scoliosis and this yoga place makes me comfortable for doing yoga with expert teacher. Very recommendeda year agoA Yoga place whose teacher always explains about the benefits of yoga movements, so we as yoga participants know the benefits… Thank you, Ms. Dewi… I hope the knowledge will be more useful ??4 months agoI’ve been practicing yoga at Pakasala for a year (quite regularly), and from wanting to try it, I became increasingly interested and suited to the class. Here, each class only has a maximum of 6 people so every movement will be considered in detail and adjusted if it is not quite right. Props have also been provided completely and the room is comfortable.
When you first register, you are asked if you have any injuries or special conditions because they will be adjusted for class. I, who was still recovering from CTS, felt safe because the teacher was experienced.
a month agoFor the last five months, I have been taking yoga classes at Pakasala. One of the good things about the Pakasala class is that the yoga teacher is communicative not only during class, but also outside of class because the trainer (Ms. Dewi Amsari) opens up a discussion room. The classrooms and facilities are adequate, the number of participants is not large, and the fun psychological atmosphere of the class makes me comfortable. If you like practicing yoga mindfully, then Pakasala might be the right place to practice.
