Now after moving into our apartment since Sept 2022, my wife & I believe that engaging Paul & PI Architects was one of the best moments in our lives. The final delivery of our dream matrimonial home was complete and beyond our expectations.

Uniquely over this whole entire renovation period, we have become closer to Paul, Sarah, Janet and the rest of the team at PI Architects, developing a close friendship that has gone beyond a typical business relationship at the beginning.

This project being featured a few months ago in a local newspaper, and hopefully many more media coverage for their excellent work on our apartment will definitely be a strong corporate highlight for both PI Architects & Inspired Homes Pte Ltd for the future.

We are sincerely grateful and blessed to have Paul, Ivan, Sarah, Janet in our lives leading up to this redux beautiful, cosy and amazing apartment that my wife & I call “Home”.

A great experience with Ivan and his team on a long project for our store. Great design, great communication, and good PM along the way. Though they didn’t have much experience with commercial projects when we first engaged them – their vision, excitement, and willingness to understand and address our needs is what made us go with them. It was an excellent choice. Thank you guys!

Paul and Cindy were the brainchildren of my beautiful nest. Professional and patient, they listened, advised and designed my nest to my needs. Bold in their creativity, they remained flexible to adapt.

I was bounded by a tight timeline. They entrusted my nest to Janet, the lady boss of Inspired Homes Pte Ltd. Not only did Janet completed the renovations ahead of time, the workmanship and last min adjustments were flawlessly attended to.

Love the vibes. Love the experience. Thanks PI and IH ?

Thank you PI team of Ivan and Sarah who helped us create our forever home from scratch. You were able to look at our layout like a blank canvas and paint an impressive environment that is cohesive yet still accommodates unique individual spaces for all our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed working with you and brainstorming the many aspects on this project from layout and design to lighting and furnishings. We’ve had so many compliments from our friends and family which tells you we’re not biased when we say it’s a beautiful home. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Very happy with PI Architects’ work on our house renovation. Great understanding of what we wanted and very hands on throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

Had a special visit down to DP today, learned more about their projects, process and had a tour of their office!

Hospitality of me and my peers was excellent and presentations were very engaging.

The main entrance and meeting room area is very well designed and all the elements from the green plants hanging from the roof to the custom wooden panel furniture and louvered walls gelled very well together.

however, the inside office atmosphere seemed a bit depressing, I think if the office layout was to be made more open and vibrant the workers would be more happy working here.

Ain’t gonna mince words: this maybe one of the best architecture firms in the world, but probably have one of the worst employee’s burnout rate in the world – DPA should know better, that their turnover rate is quite alarming too. Long working hours in architecture industry is a norm – I’d totally get it. But DPA just pushed most of its staffs to the max. Suits well for unmarried staffs, but good luck to those who are married. Those who have stayed for so long, it’s because they have no where else to go. For those directors or associate directors, please don’t torture your staffs by asking them to rush multiple projects when you made a mistake or not hardworking enough to meet your KPIs by year end! You win multiple awards, SO WHAT? Perhaps you should start awarding to those who have sacrificed their health, family time for a corporation that only benefits the shareholders ?
