Not too sure how they handle messages on Whatsapp but I thought I could seek help from them as I read good reviews about this and decided to give it a try but I really wasted my time and I feel like they’re very selective in terms of which cases are far more important.

I hope they would be more thoughtful and cater to all people no matter what cases they’re on. It’s truly unacceptable..
